It's Rodeo Time!
 NOTICE! REVISED PARADE ROUTE!
The 59th Annual "RODEO! de Santa Fe" is set for June 25th - 28th,
2008. The Annual "RODEO! de Santa Fe" is sanctioned by the PRCA
so there are names we will be seeing and hearing about in the
world of Professional Rodeo. Our rodeo began in 1949 when Gene
Petchesky and Austin "slim" Green had a dream and the
determination to organize a rodeo in Santa Fe. This dream
exceeded their expectations and became what is today, one of the
top 100 rodeos in the nation.
Each year the "RODEO! de Santa Fe" Association strives to surpass
previous years events. We continue to grow, change and yet remain
consistent with traditional rodeo. You are guaranteed to
experience your favorite event whether it's Barrel Racing, Calf
Roping, Team Roping, Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc, Steer
Wrestling or Bull Riding.
We also offer events for children - can't forget those little
ones! Both the Mutton Bustin' and the Calf Scramble are proven to
be crowd pleasers. The "RODEO! de Santa Fe" Association has added
a carnival midway, concessions, vendors, and expanded our beer
garden so there is something for everyone. On behalf of the Board
of Directors for the RODEO! de Santa Fe Association, we hope you
will join us for a fun-filled family event. Don't miss this
year's "RODEO! de Santa Fe" - it's a big time rodeo with a small
town feeling!
